I am a people-focused facilitator, HR professional and the founder of Foundations & Futures Consulting, with a passion for helping individuals, teams and organisations think differently, communicate more effectively and navigate complex challenges with confidence.
With over 20 years of experience across diverse educational and professional environments — including higher education institutions, the banking sector, primary education facilities and tutoring centres — I have developed a deep understanding of how people learn, engage, collaborate and grow. Combined with over 12 years of experience across human resources, employee development, organisational culture and people-focused initiatives, my career has been centred around creating environments where people feel supported, empowered and able to contribute their best.
My approach combines practical business and facilitation experience with a genuine belief that the best solutions often already exist within the people closest to the challenge — sometimes they simply need the right environment and process to bring those ideas to life.
Through Foundations & Futures Consulting, I create engaging, hands-on experiences designed to unlock collective intelligence, strengthen collaboration and turn conversations into meaningful action. As a facilitator of LEGO® Serious Play®, I use this internationally recognised methodology to help people literally “3D print their thinking” — making ideas visible, giving every voice an opportunity to be heard, and enabling teams to explore challenges and opportunities from multiple perspectives.
