“Building a Team with Impact” is an immersive, hands-on workshop designed to help teams strengthen collaboration, build trust, and align around shared goals. Using the powerful LEGO® Serious Play® methodology, participants engage in creative thinking, storytelling, and problem-solving to unlock deeper insights into how their team functions.
In today’s fast-paced work environments, teams often struggle with misalignment, lack of trust, poor communication, and unclear accountability. This workshop directly addresses these challenges by bringing to life the well-known principles of The Five Dysfunctions of a Team in a practical, engaging way.
Through guided LEGO® model-building and facilitated discussions, participants explore the key dynamics that influence team effectiveness. Participants build, reflect, and share, leading to deeper understanding and lasting behavioural change.
