Session Overview
To create a meaningful, shared understanding of who we are, what we stand for and why we exist, using LEGO® Serious Play® to uncover the values and purpose that should guide the organisation and its people.
Rather than developing values through discussion alone, participants will build, explain, explore and connect ideas, allowing deeper perspectives and often unspoken assumptions to surface.

Objectives
By the end of this session, your team will have:
Identified the values that genuinely matter and explored what those values mean in practice
Built a shared representation of the organisation's values
Developed a collective understanding of the organisation's purpose
Connected values → purpose → behaviours
Identified behaviours that demonstrate the values — and behaviours that undermine them
Created a shared visual representation to use as a foundation for further strategy or culture work
