Session Overview
This engaging LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) icebreaker creates an immediate shift from routine conversation to authentic connection.
Rather than introducing themselves in the traditional way, participants build a model representing something they have done in their lives that would genuinely surprise the rest of the group.
The exercise quickly establishes psychological safety, encourages curiosity, and reminds participants that everyone brings unique experiences, strengths and perspectives into the room. It also introduces participants to the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology before moving into the main agenda. The activity is fun, energetic and often generates laughter while creating meaningful human connections.
